FIT & FLY KIDS Conditioning (Age 5-13yrs):
1hr. It's time to let your kids act like kids...we encourage them to swing, climb and play!  This class is a multi-level conditioning class that will consist of 30min. Warm Up, Conditioning/Basic Flexibility/Agility/ Planks & Balance Work plus 30min. of Beginner Cirque/Acrobatic Equipment focusing in drills to improve strength & coordination.

Acrobatic Equipment may include:  Aerial hammock, Silks, Lyra, Trapeze, Vertical Pole, Lollipop, Monkey Bars, Double Rings & More!

Workout attire required: Girls can wear gymnastic unitard w/ tights and/or fitted leggings & Tank or Tshirt, and Boys can wear athletic Pants or Shorts, fitted tank/Tshirt and bare feet (Fitted clothing is easiest on aerial equipment because when they hang upside down a loose shirt will be in their face).

 

FLY KIDS - CLUB TEAM (Age 7+):
1hr. This class requires higher skill and focus and must be taken with the Conditioning class to ensure safety (No Exceptions). The 1st 30min. will continue from the previous class and go straight into more skills, Cirque Tricks, Technique & Combinations.  The last 30min. will be used for floor Acro training (Back Bends & Hand Balances), Floor Gymnastics & Deep Stretching/Contortion Work. The Club Team will develop our students skills with a committed/progressive training program. This is also the path for students committed to a team atmosphere, public performances and competitions.

FIT & FLY TOTS (Age 3-5yrs):
Little ones love to fly too but need to build on their skills by teaching them the basics of stability, balance, strength, agility and of course flexibility.  They will also be introduced to the aerial equipment (hammock, silks, lyra, trapeze, vertical pole and floor gymnastics) at a basic level.
